Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao is a social campaign of the Government of India that aims to generate awareness and improve the efficiency of welfare services intended for girls. The Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao scheme was launched on 22 January 2015 by our Honorable Prime Minister Sh Narendra Modi.
It aims to address the issue of the declining child sex ratio image and is a national initiative jointly run by the Ministry of Women and Child Development.
To encourage this campaign APEX INDIA FOUNDATION took a step to be a part of this historical attempt by Mrs Pratibha Pundir Sengar, who has covered 450 km walk from Ambala to Agra in 11 days from 19 Dec’17 to 30 Dec’17.
Apex India Foundation Organized a brief self defense session on the occasion of “International Women’s Day 2018”* at Lajpat Nagar-1,New Delhi. We felt the need and took a step ahead to support women empowerment in assosiation with “The Core Fitness”. Especially for women, It is utmost importance in the kind of the world we live in today. Women, usually referred as the weaker sex, are considered easier targets. In a country like India where the cases of gender violence are on rise, out of which many go unreported, self-defence for women has become a necessity more than ever.
